  • By subscribing to IPL text notifications, you agree to receive automated marketing text messages from us about our products and services at the phone number you provided when you subscribed, and that the messages may be sent via automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Message frequency is recurring. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT to opt-out and HELP for customer support. You may receive an additional text message confirming your decision to opt-out.  You understand and agree that attempting to opt-out by any means other than texting the opt-out commands above is not a reasonable means of opting out.
  • Return or exchange requests must be made within 10 days of delivery date.

  • Pearls are not available for a refund or exchange.

  • We have no way of knowing what color of pearl you will receive until the oyster has been opened. We can not exchange pearls if you receive a color you may not like.

  • Oysters that are purchased for at home openings are sold as is. There is a VERY small risk that the oyster will not have a pearl inside. We encourage you to record a video of you opening your at home open oysters. From the moment you are opening the package to the end.  If your oyster does not have a pearl inside, we will ship you another oyster.  If you do not record a video of your opening, we can not honor this.

  • If at any time during our live shows we get an oyster that does not have a pearl, we will just open another oyster.

  • For orders outside of the US, we are not responsible for any customs fees.
